Is Garlic Healthy for You?
Several years ago I had bronchitis that I just couldn’t get rid of. I had three lots of antibiotics, and I was at my wit’s end. A holistic nurse I know suggested making garlic nasal spray. After one spray, I had no mucous, and the bronchitis disappeared. While anecdotes are great, I know our readers would like to hear from other sources. Here’s an article from Medical Daily that gives 7 health benefits of eating garlic.
The Recipe

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons Bee Wild Wildflower honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
