If you are like us, you are “into” breakfast, and with the holidays coming you might want to try something different. So, our Tuesday’s Honey Recipe is for Pumpkin Spiced Honey Butter, which we found on AllRecipes.com.
Pumpkin Spiced Honey Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4-1/2 cup Bee Wild Wildflower Honey (to taste)
- 3 Tbsp Canned Pumpkin
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Cream butter with an electric mixer for one minute. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin, honey, and pumpkin spice until well-distributed.
- Add pumpkin mixture to the butter, one third at a time, and continue to combine on high speed until the pumpkin honey butter is fluffy and smooth.
- Chill the pumpkin butter for several hours, preferably overnight, to blend flavors.
Notes
You can serve the pumpkin butter with scones, biscuits, pumpkin bread. But, I found a recipe for Light and Fluffy Pumpkin Pancakes, and I do believe that we’ll be eating pumpkin pancakes on Christmas morning!!!!
