I’m having the best time on indobase.com, looking at the amazing Indian recipes. Since I love lamb curries and roasts of all kinds, the second Indian Street Food recipe I’m sharing today is for Honey Lamb. This particular dish is for a half leg of lamb, and I think it’s one of those recipes that you do the prep, put the meat in the oven with a meat thermometer, and walk away for a bit. Come back to a tasty main dish which you can serve with mint chutney, sweet yogurt, rice, naan, and Honey Braised Red Cabbage. Now, you have the makings for your own Thali!
