Honey Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing
We love raw honey when it it combined with apple cider vinegar. In fact, raw honey, apple cider vinegar, and hot water is one of our favorite wellness drinks. Even our web guy was told, by his weight loss coach, to drink honey and apple cider vinegar in order to solve water retention issues. So, when Bee Wild’s owner, John Wright, decided to develop his own honey apple cider vinegar dressing, we just had to post the recipe.
What’s the Scoop on Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar?
People have been using honey and apple cider vinegar as medicinals for hundreds of years. Their cleansing and antibiotic qualities have been well-documented. That’s why when I had a detox response to some changes I was making to increase my wellness, I added a honey and apple cider to the healing mix. Click here for a post where I talk about this experience. Since I had such great results, I’ve spent more time reading about the honey and apple cider vinegar combo. I thought this post about the Vinegar and Honey regime was quite thorough.
