Treat Your Mother to Brunch
Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Mint Dressing
There are so many recipes out there – a plethora of television chefs and food bloggers share their recipe treasures daily. So, it’s no wonder that most recipes are a riff on someone else’s concept. It’s the same with this recipe for Honey Lime Mint Dressing. The idea is as old as the hills; many famous chefs and bloggers share this recipe regularly. So, I give kudos to all those great cooks, chefs, and bloggers who have shared some version of this recipe in the past.
There is nothing so refreshing as a nice fruit salad when you have brunch. Many times eggs and breakfast meats, even when they are in a casserole, build up an oily feel in your mouth. So, cutting the fat with a citrus dressing refreshes your palate.

There’s a long documented history of using mint as a medicinal herb. I really liked this article about the health benefits of mint and thought I’d share it with our readers. Click here to read the post.
