Refreshing, Nutritious Raw Honey Lemonade for Your Memorial Day Picnic
Did you know that if you use your blender to emulsify raw honey with liquids that you don’t need to heat it? This is a huge benefit when making lemonade because raw lemons and honey are full of enzymes and other beneficial nutrients, which could well be lost in the heating process. So, we used our Vitamix to make a healthy, refreshing raw honey lemonade for our Memorial Day Picnic. I’ll be sharing the recipe with you below.

The Recipe
Raw Honey Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bee Wild Gallberry raw honey
- 1 cup fresh-squeezed organic lemon juice
- 6 cups filtered or other high quality water
Instructions
- Add raw honey and lemon juice to blender.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Add water to the blender and pulse until all ingredients are blended.
- Serve the lemonade over ice.
