For Those Late Summer BBQs –
Grilled Chicken Wings with Honey Chili Lemon Dip
For those who love chicken wings but want to lower their fat intake, grilled chicken wings are a good alternative. If you use the highest quality free range, organic chicken and only season it with salt and pepper, you can grill outdoors or broil the wings in your oven. Either method generally takes between 15-20 minute of cooking, turning the wings several times. Since most of us love the dips that come with wings, I’m going to offer you a spicy sweet alternative, Honey Chili Lemon Dip. With honey as the sweetener, you can use your own salad dressing recipes as a basis to experiment making other dips.
